Some conditions for the Lifetime Guarantee

• Demonstration by you, the Client, of ongoing training activities as prescribed, sent by video
• Diamond Clients have access to up to six 45-60 minute support calls per annum, completely free of charge if their training goals haven't been met
• Diamond  Clients also get 15% discount on any additional training booked
• Platinum Clients have access to up to four 15-30 minutes support calls per annum completely free of charge if training goals are not being met
• PlatinumMembership Clients also get 10% discount on any additional training booked

The Lifetime Guarantee is for the the life of the dog.
