Our relationship together is for the long term and the Lifetime Guarantee reflects this. Its exclusing to Elite Package Clients (formerly known as Diamond or Platinum) and also to both Premium and Elite Members. 

Some conditions for the Lifetime Guarantee

• Demonstration by you, the Client, of ongoing training activities as prescribed, if you have not had a training session within the last three months
• Elite Memberships Clients have access to up to six 45-60 minute support calls per annum, completely free of charge if their training goals haven't been met
• Elite Membership Clients also get 15% discount on any additional training booked
• Premium Membership Clients have access to up to four 15-30 minutes support calls per annum completely free of charge if training goals are not being met
• Premium Membership Clients also get 10% discount on any additional training booked
• Elite Package Clients can also access up to three additional 15-30 minute call per annum if training goals have not been met

The Lifetime Guarantee is for the the life of the dog.
